Come join us for an afternoon of fun and education. Learn the in and outs of wining and dining your future guests. You will be sure to impress once you learn how to make your own charcuterie board, followed by a wine pairing with 2 local wineries.
The afternoon will start with Josh, owner of Nosh by Josh who will give a detailed demonstration of putting together a professional level charcuterie board.
Following that demonstration, Tolenas Winery and Wooden Valley Winery will show case what wine to pair with items on your charcuterie board.
Tickets sold are for 2 people (2 per a ticket) and includes charcuterie demonstration, your own charcutier sample platter, and wine pairings.
