Performing arts can be found in some form or another in almost every community across space and time- including Solano County. Center Stage invites you to explore the evolution of performing arts in Solano County, where shifting cultural landscapes and the psychology of performance venues come together to shape the way we express, gather, and create. Performing arts remains an enduring outlet for creativity, emotion, and interpreting the world around us.

Community Gallery Inaugural Show

February’s inaugural community exhibit features Carla Lawson, a Vacaville artist, that explores the vibrant tapestry that is African and African American culture. Crowned: Ancestral Forms is to honor February as Black History Month, drawing inspiration from the boundless reservoir of Carla’s heritage. The exhibit will run from February 6 through March 7.
