The Vacaville Museum Guild announces its up-coming garden tour on May 13th, 2023. Seven lovely gardens will be featured this year—from downtown to away from town, from
intimate to grandiose, and from low-water to lush.
This year’s tour will run from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., giving garden lovers plenty of opportunity to see all the gardens. Tour participants may pick up their garden guide
brochure beginning at 8:30 that morning in the Vacaville Museum courtyard, 213 Buck Avenue.
Complimentary light refreshments will be served at that time, raffle prizes will be displayed, and the Solano County Master Gardeners will be on hand, as will the Willis Jepson chapter of the California Native Plant Society, to talk about plants and answer your gardening questions. A special feature will be a garden ornament crafted by Dr. Ken Hunter up for silent auction.
Tickets are $30 and will be on sale at the Museum, Thursday-Saturday, 1-4:30 pm, by ringing the doorbell during office hours, Tuesday-Friday, 9am-5pm, and online beginning March 31st below.
Tickets may also be purchased over the phone by calling the Museum at 707-447-4513. All those who attend must purchase a ticket, including children. All sales are final.
