Tolenas Winery will be providing a fun and experiential white wine class on January 17th! It will start at 630pm and it is $40 per person. Come and learn something new!
The red and white wine classes will be led by expert sommeliers, offering a guided exploration of carefully curated wines. Participants will learn about 4-5 different styles of wine during both the red and white wine class to better distinguish flavor profiles, as well as learning about serving temperatures, food pairings, and a ‘how to guide’ on ordering the perfect glass or bottle. Attendees can also expect a sensory journey as they sample exquisite red and white wines, gaining a deeper appreciation for the craftsmanship that goes into every bottle.
Don’t miss the chance to uncork the history and flavors of Solano County at the Vacaville Museum’s ‘Fruit of the Vine: A Grape Story’ exhibit. This collaboration with Tolenas Winery promises to be a delightful experience for wine connoisseurs, history enthusiasts, and anyone eager to savor the taste of local culture.
